Tender description
Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC) and Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABuHB) are jointly commissioning and inviting tenders for a new care and support service in a new build housing development called Ysgol Panteg which is located in Griffithstown, Pontypool. Torfaen CBC and ABUHB are jointly commissioning a provider to deliver a care and support service in a new build housing development called Ysgol Panteg, located in Griffithstown near Pontypool. The Scheme will provide accommodation for people who require a high level of support to live independently. The Scheme is a new build development which delivers two bespoke properties. TCBC will lead on the accommodation for one of the properties which has been designed in the format of a dormer bungalow. ABUHB will lead on the other property:
