Tender description

Milton Keynes Council wishes to invite applications for admission to DPS in respect of the supply of Apprenticeship Services. The procurement is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime pursuant to Reg. 74 of the PCR2015. The DPS is open for use by: — Milton Keynes Council (MKC), Northamptonshire County Council(NCC), Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC), Northamptonshire Partnership Homes, Norwich City Authority (NCA) and Northampton Borough Council (NBC), — any city, district, borough or other local authority and maintained schools within Milton Keynes, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire County, — all current and future LGSS partners including: partners and other organisations delegating services and or functions to LGSS who participate in LGSS shared services venture, — by way of access agreement it is also open to new LGSS customers seeking to utilise DPS on an independent third party basis including any companies/organisations set up by participants in LGSS, — any school/academy/university/other educational establishment within the counties of any LGSS partner authority, — any public body outlined in either Part I/Part II of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1972. www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1972/853/made Lot 1: Health and Science: The lots refer directly to the Institute For Apprentices (IFA) categories that have already been determined.
