Tender description

PfH have conducted one procurement exercise to deliver one Framework titled appliances. The scope remains similar to the current appliances framework but it has been structured to widen the scope for PfH Members. This will be procured as 2 separate lots within the overarching framework. The following minimum requirements of this lot include but are not limited to: — national geographical coverage to supply to a potential 900 plus PfH Members (including those with multiple sites) in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, with the option for delivery of products if elected for by PfH Members, — lot 1 will offer members the platform for options to purchase, rent, install, remove and recycle domestic appliances which will range from small domestic appliances (including toasters, kettles and microwaves) to white goods (including refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, cookers) to brown goods (including TVs and stereos) and many other associated items, — the supplier must have excellent customer service and support teams and be able to provide a dedicated account manager to the framework. The following minimum requirements of this lot include but are not limited to: — national geographical coverage to supply to a potential 900 plus PfH Members (including those with multiple sites) in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, with the option for delivery of products if elected for by PfH Members, — lot 2 of the Framework is for the provision of products and service (sales, rental, installation, recycling, removal, repairs and maintenance and more) covered in the Lot will include, but are not limited to: —— commercial washing machines, —— commercial tumble dryers, —— commercial washer dryers, —— commercial ironers, —— commercial detergent, —— commercial refrigerators, —— commercial catering equipment, —— commercial freezers, —— commercial cookers, —— medical equipment, —— other associated commercial laundry, catering or medical equipment. — The supplier must have excellent customer service and support teams and be able to provide a dedicated account manager to the framework.
