Tender description

The Works will take place at an existing building located in the South Wales area. The facility will be shared with another company and will account for approximately 2 460 m2. The space will be split between open plan offices and specialist laboratories (Power Electronics, RF/Microwave, Photonics/Sensors an Advanced Packaging). The project will be a Cat A and Cat B Design and Build project to create a specialist environment that will facilitate a wide variety of research and development methods, in addition to accommodating office areas for research, business development and administration.
