It will provide a mechanism for Councils to procure a range of gas, electric and refrigerated commercial catering equipment. This will include, but is not limited to, blast chillers, combi ovens, fridges, freezers, hot and cold holding equipment, gas ranges, mixers, dishwashers and other associated products. A new framework opportunity for the supply, delivery and installation of commercial catering equipment. This lot will provide a mechanism for Councils to procure warewashing equipment including under counter and pass through dishwashing equipment. This lot will provide a mechanism for Councils to procure a range of refrigeration equipment including upright fridges, under counter fridges, blast chillers, upright freezers, chest freezers, cold rooms and freeze rooms. This lot will provide a mechanism for Councils to procure a range of refrigerated, ambient and hot holding and display equipment. This lot will provide a mechanism for Councils to procure a range of food preparation equipment including food mixers, potato peelers, vegetable processers, toasters, panini grills, meat slicers, baked potato ovens, water boilers and blenders.
