Tender description

The authority wish to commission research activity to evaluate the service delivery process and resulting outcomes deriving from the employability support programme, Fair Start Scotland. This will include engagement with a range of participants, providers, employers, delivery partners and stakeholders and will involve different approaches and methodologies to gather the required information and feedback. The authority proposes to split the work required into packages, each of which focuses on a specific methodology, research approach or participant group. Economic operators may consider whether they wish to bid for single or multiple activities themselves or to collaborate.
