The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) is looking to procure an waste management system. Our current waste management solution is based on a number of paper based processes and procedures. The current system does not offer any online functionality and this hinders the waste management team in its efforts to improve our online services in line with Hillingdon’s digital strategy. A new software system is required which can accommodate future growth and be maintained by the service users whilst realising potential efficiencies using electronic processes and procedures.
