Tender description

ICT Research and Advisory Services. These services are considered to be those services provided by ICT Research and Advisory companies who create and publish their own vendor neutral, data driven research about ICT related products and services and advise on how, why and where ICT related products and services can be procured, deployed and used. The framework agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) will comprise of one Lot. The Lot will consist of a defined number of providers (see 1.4 below) with the required capability, capacity and expertise to deliver ICT Research and Advisory Services. Only ICT Research and Advisory Services which are estimated to be in excess of 25 000 EUR in value (Ex VAT) per annum or per total contract value will be covered by the Lot.
