Tender description

The demolition of the existing building at Lodge Road NW8 7HN and redevelopment to comprise basement, ground plus upper floors to an above ordnance datum of 82,3 m containing car parking, plant, sheltered accommodation (Use Class C3) and ancillary communal areas. Central and Cecil Housing Trust ("C&C") provides inspirational, person-centred care and support to vulnerable people, including: — frail older people who require personal care or care with nursing, — people living with dementia, — active older people living in sheltered and extra care housing, and — people with mental health support needs. The current building at Lodge Road is not consistent with the modern requirements for older peoples' housing. To upgrade the accommodation, it is necessary to demolish and rebuild. The proposed development comprises basement, ground plus upper floors to an above ordnance datum of 82,3 m containing car parking, plant, sheltered accommodation (Use Class C3), ancillary communal areas and the options to include care clusters and/or a health centre in the ground and lower ground floor.
