EirGrid would like to set up a Business Process Management Framework Agreement to allow business process services to be provided to EirGrid Group in a centrally coordinated fashion using a standard and consistent approach. A core component of effective business design is the effective and efficient management of business processes. We see them as central to the success of converting strategic intent into operational delivery. To this end, EirGrid would like to set up a Business Process Management Framework Agreement to allow business process services to be provided to EirGrid Group in a centrally coordinated fashion using a standard and consistent approach. EirGrid intends to establish a single supplier framework. The Framework Agreement period will be for an initial duration of 5 years with the option to extend annually for up to an additional 3 years, subject always to the satisfactory performance of the supplier. The services required include but are not limited to: 1) Business process development/ Mapping; 2) Process analysis and identification of inefficiencies; 3) Process improvement including automation where appropriate; 4) Process re-engineering; 5) Process management Training; 6) Strategy related activities. These may include the development of strategies, implementation plans/ roadmaps amongst other activities; 7 Implementation of process review recommendations.
