Tender description

1) Design an engaging and informative enterprise training course to suit residents of social housing neighbourhoods. 2) Delivery of the above programme to 820 trainees (Lot 1 Kent)/460 trainees (Lot 2 Sussex)/550 trainees (Lot 3 Hampshire and Wiltshire). 3) Provide basic follow-up support to clients completing training and to Optivo staff also supporting clients. 4) Development and delivery of additional training modules for: (a) residents ambassadors; (b) local businesses/supporters/ mentors. 5) Attend partnership meetings. Scope of works: — design an engaging and informative enterprise training course to suit residents of social housing neighbourhoods, — deliver the above training to 1830 clients, split across the geographic regions defined in the tender, — provide limited/defined on-going support to staff and clients to sustain training outcomes, — design and deliver follow-on training modules to “ambassador” and “local enterprise mentors” — attend a small number of meetings with other project partners and training providers to collaborate.
