Tender description

The use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) across the Princess Elizabeth Hospital and the health and social care environments in Guernsey has long been advocated by the Committee for Health and Social Care (HSC). Plans for medical devices and monitoring tools to become more connected thus enabling HSC to provide the best care available to the population of the Bailiwick, have been fully supported most recently by the approval of the LAN/WiFi upgrade. It is our intension to support this upgrade with the replacement and introduction of new mobile hardware and associated equipment which has the capability to now and in the future to enable access to Patient data for update and in information via a group of active applications. The ethos is to provide IT services at the bedside to facilitate initiatives and policies across the service and support the broader digital transformation of the services delivered.
