Tender description

Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council through its Regeneration Department is delivering an Empty to Occupied (ETO) programme which seeks to tackle vacancy and dereliction across the borough. A project within this programme is Town Centre Vacancy Audit, and Council is seeking an experienced delivery partner to: — conduct detailed vacancy audits of 5 urban centres within the borough, — review, interpret and record this data to provide Council with clear picture of vacancy and usage trends in each of the 5 urban centres, — present the findings in 5 individual town centre vacancy audit reports and a database for each centre as outlined in Section 4 and 6 of this terms of reference. The delivery partners should be able to demonstrate relevant experience of delivering work of a similar nature within the past 5 years and have the expertise required to complete the actions detailed in Section 4 and 6 of this terms of reference. It would also be desirable if the appointed team had access to GIS mapping software but this is not essential.
