PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ALARMS/CCTV AND VACANT PROPERTY & LAND SOLUTIONS

Tender description

This contract is to provide Temporary Alarms/CCTV and Vacant/Void Property & Land Solutions across Gateshead. These sites will include but not be limited to:- Offices, Local Businesses which are part of Gateshead Business Watch and Residential Buildings throughout Gateshead. Waste Disposal sites, Houses, Gateshead Depots, Public Buildings and any other building the Council may have a responsibility and/or stake. Temporary Alarms/CCTV and Vacant/void Property/Land Solutions will include Steel Screening, Polymer Clear Screens, Perma Screen, Heras Fencing, Steel Doors, Concrete Bollards, Collapsible Bollards, Fire Detection (including monitoring), ITrap Alarms (including monitoring), CCTV Equipment (including monitoring), Grounds Maintenance Clearing, Needle Sweeps and Disposal, Chemical Disposal, Fly Tipping Solutions, Grass/Gardening Tidying and Strimming and any other Vacant Property/Land Solutions. Sub-Contracting will not be allowed for any of the main element of the required services. The Council intends to appoint a maximum of 1 contractor to this Framework.
