Tender description

The provision of on-street enforcement services to Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC). It is specifically aimed at the provision of the following services where Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN’s) may be issued by the successful Tenderer on behalf of the Authority and in accordance with the appropriate legislation. 1) Littering; 2) Dog Fouling. The provision of on-street enforcement services to Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC). It is specifically aimed at the provision of the following services where Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN’s) may be issued by the successful Tenderer on behalf of the Authority and in accordance with the appropriate legislation. 1) Littering; 2) Dog Fouling. Under this Tender process, the Authority intends to set up a contract with the successful Tenderer to deliver, a quality on-street enforcement service on a cost neutral basis, or better. To be clear, at no cost to the Authority. It is intended that any profit generated as a result of the payment of FPN’s; and after all agreed operational costs are deducted, will be shared between the Authority and the successful Tenderer on a percentage basis.
