The purpose of this PIN is a Request for Information to gauge market interest in a potential contract opportunity for the provision of Reception Facilities for Inward State Visits. DCMS are issuing a Request for Information which consists of a questionnaire containing background information and a number questions requiring responses, relating to the delivery of new Reception Facilities for Inward State Visits. There will also be a supplier engagement day on Friday 30.11.2018, which is open to all suppliers to attend. There is no guarantee that this Request for Information will result in a Competitive tender. DCMS are undertaking a n RFI for the Provision of Reception Facilities for Inward State Visits, in London and Windsor. DCMS are seeking a replacement to the current structures used for all inward State Visits. These visits are hosted by Her Majesty The Queen, so it is essential that the structures are befitting to a Royal Ceremonial event. DCMS are seeking feedback from the market on the types of structures and delivery models that could be provided to meet the key Service Requirements.
