The purpose of this PIN is a Request for Information to gauge market interest in a potential contract opportunity for the provision of Reception Facilities for Inward State Visits. DCMS are issuing a Request for Information which consists of a questionnaire containing background information and a number questions requiring responses, relating to the delivery of new Reception Facilities for Inward State Visits. There will also be a supplier engagement day on Friday 30.11.2018, which is open to all suppliers to attend. All the information and documentation relating to this can be found on the Delta e-sourcing portal https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/viewNotice.html?noticeId=356483773 Suppliers are being asked to provide information, including supporting documentation on the options available to deliver the requirement including indicative costs, timelines and contractual models. There is no guarantee that this Request for Information will result in a Competitive tender. DCMS are undertaking a n RFI for the Provision of Reception Facilities for Inward State Visits, in London and Windsor. DCMS are seeking a replacement to the current structures used for all inward State Visits. These visits are hosted by Her Majesty The Queen, so it is essential that the structures are befitting to a Royal Ceremonial event. DCMS are seeking feedback from the market on the types of structures and delivery models that could be provided to meet the key Service Requirements.
