Tender description

The Greater London Authority (GLA) Facilities Management Team requires a service that provides high quality office cleaning and porterage services at the following locations: City Hall, 169 Union street and other GLA family sites as required, to maintain the dignity and reputation of the Authority and office of the Mayor of London. Interested parties should note that TfL is acting as a procurement agent on behalf of the GLA and that all information provided as part of the procurement process will be shared with the client department/project team in the GLA. The Greater London Authority (GLA) Facilities Management Team is responsible for the management of City Hall they also currently lease a significant part of the ground floor of 169 Union Street, the headquarters of the London Fire Brigade. The scope of services is to provide high quality office cleaning and porterage services at City Hall and Union Street. The services may also be needed at other GLA family sites as and when required. Cleaning services consists of: planned cleaning services, reactive daytime cleaning, emergency call-out cleaning and periodic deep-cleaning. Porterage services including room set-ups, deliveries and occasional post-room duties, taking into account the Authority's operational requirements.
