Nuneaton and Bedworth borough Council are looking to appoint a single supplier to carry out the construction of new build housing using modern methods of construction. The construction of all dwellings will be using point loaded steel frames. The successful contractor must be competent in working with steel frames and have experience to evidence this. The contract will be an ad-hoc single supplier framework. As a result there is no guarantee of any work. Framework access — Please see VI.3) Additional information.
