Highways England is looking to procure Health and Safety Leadership Training in order to implement a substantial cultural change in the approach to health and safety leadership within the Major Projects Directorate. Highways England is looking to procure Health and Safety Leadership Training in order to implement a substantial cultural change in the approach to health and safety leadership within the Major Projects Directorate. This is to be done via behavioural training across several locations, including but not limited to: — Birmingham, — Bristol, — Bedford, — Guildford, — Manchester, — Leeds. The successful supplier is to be tasked with: — understanding the current culture, — designing a bespoke training course, — delivering the above training, — production and roll out of communications strategy post delivery of training.
