Tender description

TII has a requirement for a Pavement Asset Management System (PAMS) for use on the national road network. The PAMS will enable enhanced decision-making and management of the pavement network assets using multi-year performance, financial and economic analysis and modelling. PAMS will be used to devise strategic and tactical options for TII’s programme of pavement renewals and maintenance activities. TII intend to award a 3-year contract for the PAMS contract to Deighton Associates Limited (Deighton) after the publication of a VEAT for direct award. Obtaining the supplies from an alternative supplier would cause disproportionate technical difficulties to the operations of PAMS. See “Short Description” above.
