Construction work for college buildings

Tender description

In 2017 the Scottish Funding Council allocated over 350 000 000 GBP to the further education estate for backlog maintenance works. New College Lanarkshire’s has received a significant funding allocation over 5 years. Our year one programme of works includes works to all four main campus’s in Cumbernauld, Coatbridge, Motherwell and Kirkintilloch. The works comprise of a series of work packages that includes lighting, CCTV and Mechanical systems upgrades and replacements, fabric repairs, over cladding and redecoration. The successful contractor will be required to work with the college to plan and manage these works when the campus is in use and around college holidays in order to minimise the impact of the Colleges ongoing business.
