Tender description
Demolish existing garages and construct 3 no new residential buildings on different sites within Devons Estate. Total number of units is 18 and consists of affordable housing. Poplar HARCA is looking to appoint a Contractor to undertake the detailed design and construction for the redevelopment of 3 no. infill sites in Devons Estate, Bow, London, E3. The contract will be let under a JCT Design and Build 2016 contract. The contract consists of the demolition of 2 no. existing garage blocks and construction of 3 no residential units made of multiple dwellings and external landscaping and improvement works.
