Tender description

The Fenland and East Cambs Opportunity Area is inviting providers to develop and implement a marketing campaign to advertise the area as a desirable location for teachers to live and work. The successful provider will need to demonstrate a detailed understanding of the challenges to teacher recruitment on both nationally and locally. The successful provider will design and deliver a marketing campaign including: — targeted online and social media advertising, — regional advertising in key target areas, — marketing materials. The key aim is to reduce the vacancy levels in schools in the area and to ensure high-quality teachers are working in the area. In their response to this specification, bidders are expected to use their expertise to design a marketing campaign which will successfully encourage teachers and prospective teachers to consider a teaching career in the area. The success of the campaign will be measured with a combination of outputs, outtakes and outcomes.
