Tender description

Scope of works. The purpose of this contract is to provide clearance and cleaning to voids. However, additionally, an allowance for an out of hours service is required with a same or similar scope of works (covering properties, communal and public areas that are the responsibility of the Employer). It is the Employer’s or Employer’s representative’s responsibility to specify “light”, “medium” or “heavy” clearance for all property types such as houses, flats, bungalows, bedsits or maisonettes.
