Tender description

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit, acting on behalf of NHS England Midlands and East (East) and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG, is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver Primary Care Medical Services at the Maple Surgery, Bar Hill, Cambridgeshire. The contract will be NHS Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) with a commencement date of 1.4.2019. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend by mutual agreement for a further 18 months (maximum contract term 4 years six months). Total Contract Value will be approximately 1 534 300 GBP based on the current weighted list size and excluding QOF and Enhanced Services payments. The Commissioners are Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) acting under delegated authority from NHS England Midlands and East (East).
