Tender description

Stevenage Borough Council (SBC) is seeking solutions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a contract for the delivery of a programme of refurbishment and maintenance works to its existing Lifts. SBC has identified the need for major refurbishment/renewal (including all associated builders work) for 24 lifts within its housing stock. In addition the contract includes for the servicing and maintenance; including responsive maintenance of all 44 of Stevenage’s lifts both housing (including the 24 identified for refurbishment/renewal) and non-housing over the contract period.
