Tender description

The Open University requires a supplier to provide a comprehensive maintenance service for 59 lifts, including: — passenger, — platform, — wheelchair and goods lifts at: —— the Walton Hall campus, —— Milton Keynes and premises at Cambridge, —— Edinburgh, —— London, —— Manchester, —— Nottingham and —— Welling borough. The lift maintenance service is to include: — planned maintenance, — reactive response, — repairs, — parts, — technical support, — emergency response for passenger release, — supplementary testing as defined by the Safety Assessment Federation and works required following examinations to comply with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations.
