The supply and distribution of innovative food and drink concepts to TUCO members and clients. The requirement will be split by lot to meet a variety of food and drink needs and TUCO are seeking to award to a number of suppliers within each of the lots. The primary area of supply is various fast food concepts such as Asian, American, Italian, other European, Healthy, Ice creams, gelatos and waffles and bread and coffee shop concepts as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink concept ideas like Smoothies, Slushies, Bubble Teas etc. along with any innovative food and drink technology for instance app-controlled equipment or self-serve devices. All documentation is available via https://in-tendhost.co.uk/tuco/aspx/Home Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. This Lot will focus on the supply and distribution of Healthy Food Concepts such as raw, vegan, those that are allergen aware, low fat/ sugar etc. This Lot will focus on the supply and distribution of Asian Food Concepts such as Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean etc – rice, noodles, stir fry, sides, Indian – Curries, Middle Eastern - Falafels This Lot will focus on the supply and distribution of American Food (North & South) to include products such as Burgers, hot / gourmet dogs, slow cooked meats, Jamaican, Mexican - Burrito’s, taco’s This Lot will focus on the supply and distribution of Italian Food Concepts such as Pizza (standard/ Gluten Free /Artisan) and pasta dishes. This Lot will focus on the supply and distribution of European Food Concepts such as Spanish, Greek, etc. to include a selection of rustic and authentic dishes from this area of the world. This Lot will focus on the supply and distribution of foods to include Ice cream, gelato and waffle concepts This Lot will focus on the supply and distribution of Bread & Coffee Shop Concepts to includes products such as made to order sandwich kiosks, savoury pastries, café concepts, salad bars, pie shops This Lot will focus on the supply and distribution of Alcoholic Drink Concepts such as slush, self-pour systems, app controlled cocktail machines, mobile bars, prosecco fizz vans This Lot will focus on the supply and distribution of Non Alcoholic Drink Concepts such as Smoothies, shakes, blended ice, slush, water (boiled and chilled taps), bubble tea and other hot and cold drinks concepts This Lot will focus on the supply and distribution of Food & Drink Technology Concepts such as cloud based bar management systems, drink dispense equipment, cellar management solutions that could benefit our members and clients catering offering, improve bottom line profits and increase customer satisfaction.
