United Utilities is currently undertaking market research/pre-market engagement and would be interested in hearing from suppliers who are able to provide water efficiency products and the ordering and fulfilment service, as outlined below. United utilities will then use this information to help determine the overall approach and future strategy in relation to an upcoming tender. Any subsequent procurement will be advertised at a later date via a separate notice. United Utilities (UU) is inviting bidders to participate in this periodic indicative notice for the provision of water efficiency products for customers. This will be a single lot and any supplier responding to this notice must be able to provide the full list of services outlined below: — products and stock management: sourcing and supply of WRAS approved water efficiency devices. Supplier must also be able to store and manage the stock, — ordering and fulfilment: provision of a customer online ordering service, and processing and fulfilment of orders, — reporting: provision of reporting to track orders and stock, and also to improve the service and promotion, — customer service: deal with enquiries about products and delivery. The supplier must be able to provide secure storage for data and demonstrate compliance with data protection legislation.
