Please note: This is not a public tender competition — Market sounding exercise only. The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to award a contract for the provision of Underwater Search Services. To assist with any future procurement the PSNI wishes to establish the level of interest in participation from the market. The purpose of this document, which is a Pre-Engagement Information Memorandum and Questionnaire, is to seek advice/information from organisations who may wish to tender via the procurement process. If you wish to participate in the exercise, please do so by completing and submitting the questionnaire.
