Tender description

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's Commercial Procurement Service seeks to establish a national Framework Agreement for GDPR compliant IT disposal and secure data destruction. This procurement exercise will lead to a single supplier Framework Agreement. The Framework will be for the provision of a GDPR compliant IT disposal and secure data destruction service. The Framework will be awarded as a single lot, with Bidders being required to meet all aspects of the Technical Specification. Client Organisations will seek providers of GDPR compliant IT disposal and secure data destruction to include, but not limited to: — IT security services, — confidential data destruction, — computer disposals and recycling, — mobile phone and tablet disposal and recycling, — X-Ray collection and recycling, — multimedia disposal and recycling, — electronic component recycling, — onsite and offsite HDD overwriting, — onsite and offsite HDD shredding, — onsite and offsite HDD crushing. Not all clients may require the full extent of these services; however potential providers must be able to offer all of these services.
