Tender description

This tender exercise is now complete. Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) proposes a leadership programme to stimulate and develop ambitious leadership which sits at the heart of business growth. The programme will be designed for a wide range of participants in both private and third sector organisations all at different stages in their journey toward being high performing leaders. It aims to deliver a step change in the leadership capability and capacity of 300-400 individuals from 200-300 unique businesses across the Highlands and Islands region. The requirement is split into 2 lots: — lot 1: Emerging Leaders/Leadership for Growth), — lot 2: Mentoring (business mentoring to accelerate the leadership journey). This particular notice relates to lot 2. Lot 2: Mentoring (business mentoring to accelerate the leadership journey) — 30 matches per year. Total 120 over 4 years. It is expected that these services will be required from October 2018 for 4 years unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement. The 4 year budget currently available to deliver this service is between 300 000 GBP and 324 000 GBP (excluding VAT).
