Tender description

Following confirmation of additional funding for road surfacing repairs in 2018/19 the Contracting Authority is looking to appoint two Contractors to carry out structural patching works across the County Highway. These works will be in locations individually identified by the Contracting Authority. The works will consist of carriageway reconstruction replacing the current defective area with new material to a permanent condition at first visit. This Contract is divided into lots; • Lot 1: North Northumberland & South East Northumberland (incorporating Ashington/Blyth and Cramlington/Bedlington) • Lot 2: Tynedale & Castle Morpeth Contractors may only apply for 1 lot.
