Tender description

The Authority currently manages their IT Infrastructure operations and related support service using mainly in-house services with a small number of specific areas under a managed service with external suppliers. Through the accelerated adoption of cloud services and the transition of current “on premise” technology solutions to more flexible and cost controllable ways of working, the Authority wishes to deliver more value to the business, drive down the cost to serve and make it easier for the business to engage IT. To achieve these outcomes, the Authority wishes to explore options to engage with a single Supplier that can either prime a solution that fronts a selection of best in breed partners, or provide a direct solution, that can deliver its Infrastructure Operations directly in the UK and Ireland.
