This is not a call for competition. Devon County Council (DCC) is seeking view of contractors with experience in delivery of similar infrastructure projects for the design and delivery of 7,5 km of road widening and associated civils works of the A361 North Devon Link Road (NDLR) between South Molton and Barnstaple under a Design and Build NEC3 contract using Option A or Option B. DCC has arranged a contractor's event to explore the opportunities this procurement will offer and to inform DCC's future approach to this procurement. The event will take place on 4.12.2018 near Barnstaple commencing at 09:30.
