Tender description

The purpose of this PIN is to conduct initial pre-procurement market testing in relation to the procurement of provisions funded by its devolved share of the Adult Education Budget in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. WMCA would like to explore current and emerging good practice in their AEB services to facilitate continuous improvement. The purpose of the market testing exercise will be to research the market in order to assist WMCA in drafting the specification and approach of the wider procurement process. A decision not to participate in the market testing exercise will not preclude you from taking part in the wider tender process. If you are interested in taking part in this market testing exercise, please follow the instructions set out in VI.3) Additional information. As this is a PIN then we have not yet established the lot structure and titles. These will be confirmed and set out within the Contract Notice.
