The Authority is inviting expressions of interest and Bids from Applicants in response to the OJEU Contract Notice identification number 85168-2018 dated 22.2.2018 for the provision of contract cleaning services The Authority is inviting expressions of interest and Bids from Applicants in response to the OJEU Contract Notice identification number 85168-2018 dated 22.2.2018 for the provision of contract cleaning services to be provided at all in scope buildings, properties and premises scheduled plus any new buildings, properties and premises or parts of the authority it subsequently occupies and adds to the scope. The procurement process that the Authority has selected is the Open Procedure in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, which means that all Applicants that submit a Bid shall be evaluated in accordance with the criteria and process outlined within Part C Selection and Award of these Competition Documents and the information contained within it shall be used by the Authority as the means to make a Contract award decision.
