Tender description

North Ayrshire Council requires the preventative and corrective maintenance to the maintenance, servicing and repair of automatic doors and associated items to non-housing properties within North Ayrshire, including the Islands of Arran and Cumbrae. The contract duration will be 3 years with an option to extend annually up to 2 years. The contract is expected to commence 23.9.2018. Tenderers are required to have Nacoss Silver/Gold or SSAIB or equivalent. It is a requirement for all persons (including subcontractors) working on this contract to be accredited to this scheme.
