Provision of Website Audit Services

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the “Authority”) is issuing this Request for a Quotation (‘RFQ’) for a suitable provider to carry out an audit of its website. The Authority wants to meet audience needs more effectively through its website: www.rbkc.gov.uk. The site should meet the Local Government Digital Service Standard, which prioritises understanding user needs through user research and analytics, utilising appropriate tools and systems, making sure users ‘succeed first time’ and encouraging maximum usage. Tests of success The Authority is looking for a series of recommendations that will result in: • increased levels of public engagement with the Council through digital channels; • greater customer satisfaction; • more efficient use of Council resources across its people, funding and technology; and • more effective website governance The Contract is to be performed according to the Terms and Conditions of Contract and the Service Specification. The work is to be completed over a period of 12 weeks from the start date.
