Provision of medical and other services for the EMA current and prospective staff members in Amsterdam in line with the Staff Regulations. Services include: — pre-employments, — annual medicals, — occupational health review, — counselling, — management and processing of documents related to absences due to illness or accident, — assessment to spend sick leave abroad and justify special leave due to family illness, — invalidity cases, — wellbeing and health and safety policies and seasonal flu vaccinations and other services. Provision of medical and other services for the EMA current and prospective staff members in Amsterdam in line with the Staff Regulations. Services include: — pre-employments, — annual medicals, — occupational health review, — counselling/psychological /psychiatric examinations, — management and processing of documents related to absences due to illness or accident, — assessment to spend sick leave abroad and justify special leave due to family illness, — invalidity cases, — wellbeing and health and safety policies and seasonal flu vaccinations. Other services comprise: — workstation assessments, — medical advice for business travel, — business continuity support, — home visits, — risk identification and evaluation of the agency’s premises, — supply and storage of medicine for pandemic flu purposes, — transfers of medical files, — training to EMA staff on matters within the subject of the tender and any other services relevant to the subject of the tender.
