Tender description

Southampton City Council (the Council) is seeking to procure an Independent Visitor and Advocacy for Children Looked After service contract, which will help with its wider transformation strategy for children and family services ensuring that, through independent support, Children Looked After are enabled to make their voices heard in matters and decisions affecting them and to ensure they understand and exercise their rights. The Council would like to incorporate the Independent Visitor and Advocacy arrangements that are currently commissioned through separate spot purchase arrangements on a case by case basis for children in care outside of the local area, into the contract.
