RFI — Heathrow – Colleague travel, accommodation, meetings and events. Heathrow have been working in partnership with our Travel provider, since 2014 their teams work closely with Heathrow colleagues from our front-line teams as well as our Executive Teams. The incumbent have a good knowledge and understanding of Heathrow’s Values and Cultures which is fundamental for the delivery of this service and interaction with our colleagues and senior teams. In line with our standard process and fair opportunity commitments, Heathrow are exploring the opportunity to potentially appoint a new Travel Management Company (TMC) who can manage our colleagues Travel, Accommodation, Meetings and Events on behalf of Heathrow. Potential suppliers must be willing to adapt in the Heathrow “Culture and Values” and be able to demonstrate their appetite for exploring innovations to deliver a “Simpler Heathrow” whilst also identifying value for money.
