GB-Derby: Banks Mill 2018

Tender description

The project consists of the external decoration to the External of Banks Mill to include the existing signage. Contractors are to make an allowance for repairs prior to decoration a detailed schedule of repairs will be agreed once a main contractor has been appointed (Studio 3.3 requires a replacement window). Included within the contract is the repairs as detailed in the Lane for Drains drainage report included within tender pack. On completion of the work replace the macadam to the entire court yard to achieve the required falls. Date for commencement of the works: 02/07/2018 Date for completion of the works: 27/07/2018 Works will be carried out under the JCT Minor Works Contract with Contractor's Design (2016).
