Tender description

The repair and refurbishment of circa 555 rented garages in the Wiltshire area with the aim of returning them to an acceptable standard and reducing the number of reactive maintenance call outs being received. The contract will establish a single service provider to conduct the necessary repair and refurbishment work to the sites/garages on a one off Contract only. It is not envisaged at this stage that Greensquare will be looking to implement an ongoing maintenance programme beyond this scope of work.
