New 3 storey classroom block extension at Waterpark College, Waterford City consisting of 3 729 m2 new build with new PE Hall extension of 205 m2 (total new build 3 934 m2) including: — refurbishment of 2 000 Building (1 233 m2), — 1939 building (1 156 m2), — 2004 building — PE Hall (825 m2) total refurbishment area 3 214 m2 together with associated external works. New classroom block extension at Waterpark College, Waterford City consisting of a 3 Storey (block 01: 3 729 m2) new build including GP Hall, link building and school entrance. New PE Hall extension of 205 m2, and refurbishment of existing PE Hall (825 m2) (Block 02) refurbishment of existing block 03 (1939 building; 1 156 m2) and 03 (2 000 building; 1 233 m2), new single storey external storage building (block 05 l 50 m2) All associated external works, Roadways, Landscaping, Ballcourts, Fences and Boundary Wall modifications).
