Tender description

Crawley Borough Council ("the Council") intends to enter into a works and services contract with Haywards Heath Investments LDA ("Haywards Heath"), Westrock Crawley DM Limited ("Westrock") and Boulevard Regen S.A R.L ("Boulevard") in relation to the proposed redevelopment of Crawley Civic Centre and the provision of affordable housing and a district energy network. The Council wish to enter into contracts for the redevelopment of Crawley Civic Centre and to provide affordable housing and a district energy network. The Council will enter into a project agreement with Haywards Heath, Westrock and Boulevard and a development management agreement with Westrock, under which Westrock will procure works and professional services contracts. The project involves the redevelopment of Crawley Civic Centre, the provision of affordable and market housing and a district energy network. The redevelopment depends upon the use of land owned by Haywards Heath in order for the project to progress.
