Tender description

The primary aim of the Phase 2 Capacity Building and Digital Training project is to address the lack of knowledge in this field and look to build on the previous Capacity Building and Mentoring programme delivered in 2016. It will evaluate the properties included in the previous pilot programme, measuring and updating short, medium and long term actions and will look to further develop the toolkit in a digital format to a wider range of landlords/property owners across the Borough.
