Fáilte Ireland is seeking a software application to electronically distribute documents for Board and Committee meetings in a secure manner to create and manage our Authority and Board meetings. Fáilte Ireland expects, at a minimum, that the system should feature the following elements: • Cloud based and accessible via any device at any time • Easy to use with minimum training required • Centralised Document management • Electronic signing • Multilevel permissions • Migration options from existing system • Security
