Balcony Refurbishments - Balustrading Tender

Tender description

Following an annual inspection of a number of balconies, Stockport Homes is now seeking a contractor to carry out work to replace existing balustrading with new at various addresses within Cheadle, Stockport. The total number of balustrades to be replaced is 63. The work will include removing the existing balustrading, fabricating new balustrading and then fitting on site. You will be working alongside another specialist contractor who will be carrying out the required structural repair works. Due to the nature of the work, contractors must be BS EN 1090 accredited upto and including Execution Class 2 (EXC2). No tenders will be accepted unless you can provide the necessary accreditation certificate with your tender submission.
